2023 ABSC AGM Minutes (Updated as of 18th October 2023)

Thank you to everyone who attended this years ABSC AGM Meeting both in person and via Zoom. We had a better turn out this year which is very positive. Please find attached below a copy of the minutes of the meeting:

A reminder that the 2023 ABSC AGM will be held at 10.00am AEDT on Saturday 14 October, at Mounties, 101 Meadows Rd, Mt Pritchard NSW and via Zoom.

Those wishing to join via Zoom should register by emailing secretary@absc.com.au.

On this page you will find the ABSC AGM Notice of Meeting (including a draft agenda) and a call for Notices of Motion .  Further information regarding the AGM will be provided in due course and published online.

Please note the following (by 22 September 2023):

• All directors of the ABSC are entitled to submit Notices of Motion

• Victoria, WA and NSW will each need to nominate a representative to become a Director of the ABSC for a two year term, commencing at the AGM.

• SA will need to nominate a director to the ABSC Board following the resignation of Roger Davey.

• All Member States are asked to nominate 1 or 2 representatives to the AGM in the required form.
