ABSC Constitution Changes (15 August 2025)

At the General Meeting of 14 August 2025 the members present voted to adopt a slightly revised Constitution for the ABSC.  The major changes recognise that the governance and funding environment in which the ABSC operates is becoming increasingly complex.  To help cope with these challenges the ABSC Board now has the power to appoint a maximum of two directors who possess the specialist skills and have the time to help the ABSC fulfil its obligations and effectively pursue funding opportunities to grow our sport.  The revised Constitution is available HERE and the Minutes of the General Meeting are HERE.
