Notice of General Meeting

The ABSC is calling a General Meeting of members on 14 August  2025 at 7.00pm AEST.  The only business of the meeting is to discuss and vote on a Special Resolution to adopt proposed changes to the ABSC Constitution as outlined in the attached Notice of Meeting and Agenda and Briefing Note.

The ABSC Board feels these changes are important to improve the efficiency of board operations as the environment for all sporting organisations grows increasingly complex.

Members wishing to attend the meeting should email secretary@absc.com.au by 7 August and a meeting link will be sent.  Any queries about the proposed changes should also be sent to this email.
