Oceania Women's Snooker Championship
- The Championship will be conducted under the OBSF Championship Conditions. Nominees must be a financial member of an 'Affiliate in benefit' of the Oceania Billiards & Snooker Federation.
- Entrants must be a Citizen of the Oceania country they represent and must not have represented another country for a minimum of 3 years.
- Entries must be sanctioned by the National Body of your country of citizenship. Entries will not be deemed accepted until the National Body has confirmed your financial status and eligibility to enter the Championships.
- WPBSA Main Tour Players are not permitted to play in any IBSF event or qualifying event thereto.
- The Championship will have 10% of the advertised prize money withheld and paid only on proof of payment of an airline ticket to play in the IBSF World Women's Snooker Championship. If the player decides not to go to the event the retained funds will be paid to the selected player that fills the vacancy.
- Entries will only be received on the official entry form and must include the entry fee, if Australian. All international entries will be accepted on receipt of entry form and copy of flight details. Players can pay their entry fee on arrival at the Championship.
- Under 21 players must be competing in the Under 21 Snooker Championship to qualify for the discounted entry fee.
- Tournament standard dress is required: Dark trousers or dark skirts, no shorter than kneecap, shall be worn to all match sessions. Predominately plain coloured shirts with sleeves below the elbow, dress ladies dark coloured shoes shall be worn to all sessions, which can be open or closed toe. Waistcoats are required for knockout stages. Failure to comply with this condition may result in forfeiture of the game.
- Note: Players will Referee their own Round Robin matches, with roving Referees on hand to assist. Referees will be provided for Knock Out matches only.
- All players to report to the Tournament Director 15 minutes before their scheduled starting time, and be ready to play at that time.
- This entry form constitutes part of the conditions of entry. Changes may be made at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
- Players may be subject to drug testing as per the OBSF Drugs Policy pursuant to Championship Conditions 16.1.
- INDEMNITY: All participants enter at their own risk. Neither the club, nor sponsor, nor organisers shall be liable for any loss, injury or misadventure however arising.
